Chief Information Security Officer (CISO),also known as Chief Security Officer (CSO), are those responsible for the security in the company.

They are the security heros.  And, if something bad happens, then is their fault.

Security is the responsibility of everyone!

CISOs are there to make sure that security gets represented in the board room and to bring security in the company’s culture so that everyone cares about security.
