3. Your computer and/or your browsing is slower than before
Even if this is not necessarily a certain sign of a malware infection, it is often the case.
If your browsing is also slower, it might be because the computer is busy performing other tasks.
However, if the computer is infected with malicious software, it is very possible that it uses the Internet connection in order to download additional bad software.
Install an antivirus solution if you don’t have one already and perform a full system scan.
Think of what programs did you install lately and uninstall those that you don’t need.
